Church School begins on the first Sunday in September and continues through the month of May. Classes are designed for children Ages 3 through Middle School and are held during the morning worship service, which begins at 10:00 am. Children are invited to attend worship with their parents and participate in the Family Moment, after which they depart for their individual classrooms. Art materials and books are available for younger children during worship and childcare is provided for infants to Age 3.

Our Lectionary-based curriculum, Seasons of the Spirit, provides age-appropriate materials that encourage children to use their imaginations and different learning styles to explore the Bible.

Children are invited to participate in educational Communion Services on the First Sunday in Advent and World Communion Sunday and to attend inter-generational worship for Christmas, Easter and Pentecost.

Multi-age church school classes are held for all children during the month of June, prior to our summer worship schedule.

Vacation Bible School, coordinated jointly with our local United Methodist friends, is held in late June. This is a fun-filled week of Christian learning through music and drama, arts and craft activities, and games.
